Urban Villa

Settled on a steep plot with the access road located on top of the property edge, this villa concept was designed in the reverted mode of interior flows, passing from the top floor of the house to the bottom backyard. The resulted two floor layout provides access from the second floor, where all bedrooms are located to the first floor where the wide kitchen and living room area opens to a private backyard and terrace. Both floors are connected by a monumental white Carrara marble staircase.
