Collective Housing, Townhouse

The project concept was to combine all housing units in two distinct volumes, distantly placed at the property limits to generate an interior space, which will be used as common area for inhabitants to meet each other. The created area serves as a multifunctional space for various inhabitants’ activities, being used as children playground, house backyard or common area for birthdays and events. The main idea was to concentrate all activities into one place where all inhabitants can socialize, participate, share their activities and thoughts, thus creating an area that serves as the beating heart of a small community.
